Happy 2026! I’m just back from an amazing (and sort of spontaneous) Christmas and New Year’s in Careyes. Remote, unhurried, and exactly what we needed after a major year.
We love traveling with friends, but this time it was intentionally just the family – it felt really important to slow down, to be present, phone (mostly) away and just sharing every moment.
It’s been a year of big changes and big risks: we’re rebuilding our home in Malibu, launched Side Hustle, my studio has a wide range of international projects (France, Sweden, India, Thailand), and we’ve totally leaped into A.I. with more coming,…
It made me think about a kind of slippery term - “leadership” – I wanted to get clear on what that means to me, because I know I’ll need that energy in 2026. And, maybe you need this energy too?
