I’m not one to hide everything away in the bathroom – I like it out. And let me tell you why.
When it comes to a beauty routine, there is actually so much more to enjoy than just ‘the results.’ It’s a moment to yourself, of self-care, of calm and low-intensity. But a lot of these products, far from being just utilitarian, are also gorgeous as objects.
And, I know some are really keen on hyper-organized, but for me it’s more like a bookshelf: loose groupings, so if you want something, you know where to go, but there’s a lot of aesthetic finessing, too. I play around with them like little sculptures.
