Wearstlerworld,
The only predictable thing about my days is that they’re non-stop—lived to the fullest. Maybe that’s why I sleep so well. (Bedtime? 9:30pm.)
My days are truly built with intention—a structure for efficiency that’s taken time to refine, finding the perfect balance. And, it’s never at the expense of creativity, well-being, or connection.
And this is how it is right now—but, of course things always change: work, technologies, just a need to surprise your body and your mind. So, my “typical” day a year from now might be completely different.
My daily rhythm will always ensure work, health, family, and friends are honored—because efficiency isn’t really about “nonstop” it’s about staying in motion. And, motion is about making every moment count.
Plus, being a mom and a business owner, you need to learn how to pivot for last minute things that come up because, you know, shit happens.
So, this is a typical, at-studio day in LA—as typical as it gets—and its full of my essentials: fuel to keep going, strategies to stay elastic, family time, and some key moments where I get to step away.
